A celebration of dance, music, song and the words of the bards.
Saturday, April 19, 2008, Tri-Pointe Events Center West entrance,
3001 8th Ave Evans, CO 80620
Site Opens at 11:00 am and closes at 11:00 pm
Formal Dance classes & Music rehearsal from 12:30 to 3:30
Break from 3:30 to the beginning of the Investiture Court at 5:30 or at the
whim of their Majesties
Dancing commences immediately following court with Bards and Singers dazzling
you all night
Dance for hours -- not just a few minutes!
Coffee, Tea, Lemonade served all day & all night to thirsty dancers plus
everyone else.
Well stocked cash bar with dark beers, whiskey and mead – sorry, no outside
beverages allowed.
Saxon Low Tea [instead of English High Tea] with sweets and savories will be
available from 4:30 to 8
All these wonders are included in the site fee of $10 ($5 for children under 12),
Family cap of $30, Non-member surcharge of $3 applies.
For heartier fare a catered Pauper's Meal of soups and breads will be available
from 4:30-8 for $10 ($5 for children 6-12, $2 for 5 and under). Reservations & prepayments
for Pauper’s Meal required by April 10th after which no refunds can be made.
Should you need to cancel let us know and we will make it available at troll.
Restaurants are within easy walking or driving distance.
Outside food/drink is not allowed on site. No Pets, service animals only.
